At MAKEMPACT, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligible Items
Items must:
- Be unused
- Be unopened
- Be in original packaging
- Include all accessories
- Include proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened cosmetics
- Used beauty products
- Personalized items
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products damaged due to misuse
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- An incorrect item
- A defective product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Order Number
- Photographs
- Description of the issue
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow:
- 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error, MAKEMPACT will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless prohibited by applicable law.
Exchanges
We replace products only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Once shipped, the order must follow our return process.
